Returns
ReturnsWe endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving it. If you return the product in its original condition (unused) including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return shipping of the goods.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied product
If you return an item to us that is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will refund you the cost of the product and also pay you the cost of the return shipping. You must return the faulty product within 28 days of receiving it.
In all cases, please follow the returns procedure outlined below in “How to return a product”.
How to return a product
Please notify us before returning goods by (the email address for returned goods will be stated on your order confirmation).
With the returned item please include your name, address and a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of exchanged items, you will normally be charged the additional shipping costs.
Goods for return or exchange must be returned unused within 7 working days of receipt.
Postage cannot be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).
For your own protection, we suggest you adequately pack and insure the returned goods against loss or damage in transit and use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods, Any claims for undelivered goods must be made through the carrier that they were despatched with.
